  • "I have given a name to my Pain..."

And it is the I can't/shan't be bothered am.

Why should a world spanning beneficiary body such as the UN (be felt
to) hold off benefit and aid to those in desperate need, for example in
Niger, because of a lack of Money?

One answer/excuse I think of is:

    "Investment in belief"

We are a curious Species. Our lives are dictated and encompassed by
small pieces of paper and shiny metal which alledgedly represent or
allow access to this and that.

    There surely is an inconsistency?

The worth of things such as medication and food and water supplies are
fatally and heartbreakingly represented, not by the benefit and worth
of life they bring or save, but how much metal and paper it will:

    "Cost"

You to gain access to and utilise them.

    This is simply, and unjustifiably:

    "Wrong"

Clear sweeps and radical changes are, and should be, possible. Over-night revelations and revolutions can, and should, occur.

Until then, after than, and as always, you and me can always continue
to lap at and wear away at that cliffs the surround and encase this
    simplistic (phenomenon) of Utopia.

The cost is irrelevent,. Success is the worth and the proof.
