  The idea of cutting him down into weekly, or in Channel 4's case, daily
  60 minute documentaries really helps accentuate his and I'm guessing
  Alex's straight to the cut and facts approach.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  For example, last night Dinky learnt that although America's Minimum
  Wage hasn't increased in many years, and is in fact less than one man
  earnt 20 years ago.

  Funding for many of America's Politicians has increased rather dramatically.

  As a Commissar one's duty is/was to maintain the food stocks for the
  People, although lately I still feel we should go a little bit further
  and overthrow the Governments of at the very least, America and Great
